One Year

This past year has been like none other in my life.  As I look back over what all God has brought me and my family through my heart fills with thanksgiving overflow!  One year ago, on Thanksgiving Day, we said goodbye (for now) to 7 boys who we had opened our lives and our hearts to for almost 6 years.  Max, Hunter and I took the call to be houseparents in a boys home, giving up life as we had always known it!  With our families support, we left our home and belongings behind to love on and care for boys who were, for whatever reasons, unable to live with their biological families.  Our lives changed from day one and our hearts were stretched beyond what I could imagine!!!  There were good days, great days and bad days, but everyday included love!  We gave ours to them and received theirs for us!!!  These boys quickly became "my boys".  Living together 24/7 for almost 6 years, when we knew it was time for us to leave, my heart HURT!  the thought of "leaving" my boys was almost too much to even comprehend.  There were reasons, some beyond our control, that made the decision to leave something we felt we had to do.  We completely poured our hearts out to God concerning this move.  He gave us a peace about leaving and I do believe He has protected our hearts and the boys' hearts, but I has not been easy!  My heart LONGS for my boys!  To hug them, to tell them how much I love them.  There was a "rule" at the facility we worked for that prohibited us from having any contact with our boys after we left, for six month!  We talked with the boys about this and we assured them that as soon as our six months was up we would be back to see them!  We promised them that while we did have to go, we would always be a part of their lives, just in a different way.  Without going into the details, it has now been a year and we have still not been allowed to have contact with our boys. 

We were allowed to spend our last Thanksgiving Day with our boys, with our extended families (who had also become a part of the boys' family).  That night, at 6 o'clock, we were instructed to "turn over" our boys to another set of houseparents.  We tried to make it upbeat, for the boys.  The other set of houseparents were so wonderful in making this transition as smooth as it could be.  We left them with hugs, kisses, smiles, and the promise to see them again in six months!!!  As soon as the car door shut, my entire body grieved.  I cannot explain how, as a mother, I just wanted to take them all with us!!! 

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day.  It's our first Thanksgiving without our boys.  In the natural, as a mother, my heart still longs to hold them and talk to them and tell them that they matter and I LOVE THEM MORE THAN THEY WILL EVER KNOW!  I want them to know that THEY HAVE NOT BEEN FORGOTTEN!!!!!!  THEY WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!!!!  My family and I continue to trust God to open a way for us to be a part of their lives again, and I BELIEVE HE WILL!!!  He can open doors that NO MAN, OR WOMAN can even attempt to close! 

So tomorrow, just like every day since last Thanksgiving, I will be thankful for the change my boys have made in my live, my heart.  I will pray for them and trust the Holy Spirit to supernaturally fill their hearts with LOVE straight from our hearts! But most of all, I pray that The love of Daddy God will overtake them and they know that they are loved by THE ONE WHO CREATED LOVE!!!!! 

Faithful God!

Message Of Hope

So I had the awesome opportunity Sunday morning to speak at my church!  It was such an honor to be able to share my heart with so many.  I spoke in all three services!!! Giving my testimony along with a message of HOPE!   I have a new appreciation for my pastor!  haha  As this journey continues I am in awe of the love of my Daddy God!  His faithfulness is my anchor.  My heart is full and my spirit is strong.  I am ready to get down to planning for The Freedom Tour!!!  All of God's promises are coming to pass right before my eyes and I AM EXCITED!!!!!  Next month I am super excited to go and minister at a Women's Conference in Texas and I get to serve along side the AMAZINGLY TALENTED Jordan Self!!!

Dream BIG!

Oh, I have SO neglected this blog!  So sorry!!!  Since starting the Video Blog I have not given much attention to my first love!  hahaha  I have also been deep into planning for The Freedom Tour and other speaking engagements.  Daddy God is fulfilling all of His promises concerning this exciting ministry He has opened up for me to walk in!  I am still working on getting the promotional video done.  Lot's of planning and I am loving every single second of it!!!  Knowing what the goal is, and what God has promised  keeps me encouraged and keeps me on task. 

I am LOVING the Video Blog!  It was a big step of faith.  It's not that easy putting yourself out there to be judged!!  hahaha  To my pleasant surprise, Daddy God has really protected me!  I have not had any negative comments!  Which is really good because I talk a lot!!  It's really amazing sometimes because I watch the videos and I hear me saying things that I didn't even remember saying!!! I am SO THANKFUL that God takes over my mouth and sends His Words through! 

There are so many wonderful things coming up and I'm excited to share them all with you!  My next "event" started out as a vision in my mind of the first conference being at my church.  I had even chosen a Saturday night.  So, Max and I met with our pastor to share our hearts with him on what we felt God leading us to do.  A couple of weeks later I met back with him and as usual, Daddy God had bigger and better plans!! I cannot tell you how EXCITED I am about his!!!!   I will share all of that VERY SOON =)  

Thank you all for your prayers and encouragement!  What a blessing to have people who believe in what you are doing and why you are doing it!!!  God has brought just the right people along the way =)

Face to Face

OK so I have discovered the new and exciting world of VIDEO BLOG!  Oh my goodness!   I was so nervous at first but I have to admit to you that I am falling in love with this wonderful ministry tool =)  I am loving the response that has been overwhelming and so encouraging!!!  In just the last few days I have received messages from people that are being challenged, encouraged and moved!  Daddy God is SO GOOD!!!!  I am so blessed to be a carrier of HIS HOPE!  I am posting all my video blogs on Facebook, Youtube and Godtube, so you can check them out and please share them with others!!!  Bear in mind that I am NEW and I am learning as I go!  hahaha  My main goal is to share my heart and the messages that God imparts to me, the presentation, I trust, will improve as I gain more experience in making the videos!

I am also still in full planning mode for The Freedom Tour!  I will soon be able to disclose the location and date for the FIRST conference!!  God continues to bring people in that will be a part of these conferences.  It really amazes me at just how He is working His plan out =)  I also stand amazed at how content I am at not knowing all the details!  This is a big one for me!!  hahaha  But I am at complete ease knowing that Daddy God has it all together and He is in charge....I trust Him =)     My part is to just move forward. 

Last weekend was the anniversary date of my rape and for the first time I truly celebrated that day with VICTORY!!!  The enemy pulled out all the stops and tried with all the same attacks,  but as each one came I just spoke to him that Daddy God has removed that scar and all power that the enemy may have once held is now deleted!!!!!  I know my rights, and In Jesus I am made whole and the enemy has no power over me!!!  I have overcome and will speak of the Victory through Jesus Christ all the days of my life =)

The Freedom Tour

Each day brings more excitement as plans unfold for The Freedom Tour!!!!  The vision that God gave to me that I have only seen with my eyes closed is now coming into focus and my eyes are WIDE OPEN!!!!!!!!  There is JOY, there is LOVE, there is PEACE, there is RESTORATION, there is HEALING and FREEDOM in the Most High Name of JESUS!  Today I am sharing the mission statement for The Freedom Tour and the fullness of my heart is almost unbearable.  To realize that the desire poured into me by my Daddy God to not just see but have an active part in people breaking free and receiving restoration from THE ONE who created them is something that I cannot even explain in the limited words available to me here on earth!  The first conference will be in Texarkana! 

This was my word today:  In the natural, many things are impossible.  But in the supernatural realm with God, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!  God wants us to believe for great things, make big plans, and expect Him to do things so great that we are left with our mouths hanging open in awe!!!  James 4:2 tells us we have not because we ask not.  (I asked for dreams and visions and a way to minister to people and He gave me the desires of my heart)    We can be bold in our asking, and Ephesians 3:20 challenges us to ask for big things.  There are NO LIMITS with Daddy God! 

God has a way for us to do everything He places in our hearts.  He does not put dreams and visions in us to frustrate us.  It is untold what people can do- even people who do not appear to be able to do anything!  God does not usually call people who are capable: if He did He would not get the glory.  When we say yes, HE makes us capable!

So many people are suffering in the bondage of past hurts.  Jesus desires to set them free to live the life He created them to live.

It's Coming!!!

Oh how the excitement grows each day on this journey!!!  I am beginning to see visions and desires unfold in the natural!  There have been so many changes in my life over the last year and especially the last 2 months.  We transitioned out of a ministry position where we had served for almost 6 years and into a new phase of ministry fully funded by FAITH =) 

The Lord has taken the ugliness from my past and developed it into a speaking ministry!  It really is remarkable what He has accomplished and we have just gotten started!!!  We are in the planning stages for the first conference...The Freedom Tour, and it is going to amazing!  I will be sharing more information as the plan continues to develop.  I am so blessed by all the prayer partners that not only keep me encouraged but protect this ministry with their prayers!!!!  The enemy will have NO POWER over what Daddy God has put into motion!!!  It will be complete and He WILL accomplish His goal!!!  AMEN =)

Walking in HIS FAVOR!

OK, I just had to share this!  I had a photo shoot this morning and it was going to be a multiple location shoot.  We started at the park where I took several pictures in different areas of the park.  We then moved on to the downtown area where again, we shoot in several locations.  It was a great shoot!  This child was a JOY and so funny =)  I was so enjoying the beautiful weather we had.  I thought it was going to be VERY cold, but it was not that bad, the sunshine was perfect and the ski was this amazing  pure blue.  The session lasted a little over an hour and when we were finished I decided to stop in and say hey to my hubby at work.  I got out of the car and went to put my camera in the trunk of my car before going into the store.  I started looking for my bag...the bag that had my other camera lens in it along with cords and my charger!!!  I realized right away that I had left it somewhere!!  I got back in my car and started talking with God!!  I said, "Daddy God, I am NOT going to be anxious about this, I know that YOU will protect it until I find it"!  then I turned on my ipod and said, "I'm going to just praise You."  When I came to the first red light the Holy Spirit brought back to my memory that I never picked it up when we left the park!!!  I took the turn towards the park and cranked up my praise music!!!  Thanking God for His covering!  As I drove past the park I could see my bag just sitting on the ground!!  It was in plane sight!  I parked and as I walked up to retrieve my bag I could not stop smiling and OUT LOUD thanking Jesus for His FAVOR!!!!  I just laughed at the devil for trying to ruin my day today!  Satan didn't get my bag and he didn't steal my JOY, he was unsuccessful in causing me to allow worry and anxiety rule the situation today, something I would have normally done!  Oh how sweet it is to walk in FAVOR <3  To know that when I submit all my works and activities to Daddy God, He puts a foundation  of joy, peace and love to meet each step I take!   Well, I am off now to edit the photos from this amazing session! 

What do we really believe?

Ever wonder what would happen if we really believed what God's Word, The Bible, has to say?  I know we SAY we believe it's the TRUTH, but does the way we receive it and live it, prove it?  Well, I can only answer for me and I do not live daily like I REALLY believe the Bible is true! 

Think about it.....2 Timothy 3:16-17 says.....Every Scripture is  God-breathed (given by His inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction, and for training in righteousness (in holy living, in conformity to God's will in thought, purpose and action).
So that the man of God may be complete and proficient, well fitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work!

These words hold EVERYTHING we need!!!  In them we have the same power that raised Jesus from the grave!!!  REALLY think about THAT!!! 

IF we REALLY believed them we would SPEAK them over every part of our lives!  In them we have HEALING! 

Psalm 37:5-6  says.....Commit your way to the Lord (roll and repose each care of your load on Him); trust (lean on, rely on and He will be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass.  And He will make your uprightness and right standing with God go forth as the light, and your justice and right as (the shinning sun of) the noon-day.  In them we have the LIGHT! 

**I declare, God, that the fountain of life is with you!  In Your light, I see light!!!!!!!!

Proverbs 18:10 says....The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the (consistently) righteous man (upright and in right standing with God) runs into it and is SAFE, high above evil and strong.
In them we have protection and strength!!!!

John 8:31-32  says....So Jesus said to those Jews who had believed in Him.  If you abide in My Word (hold fast to My teachings and live in accordance with them), you are truly My disciples.  And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you FREE!   The TRUTH is HIS WORD!  In them we have FREEDOM!!!!!

Do you want VICTORY in you life RIGHT NOW?????  Start praising God and acting like His Words are TRUE!  According to Him we ALREADY have Victory!!!  CLAIM IT NOW =)  Get into His Word and get familiar with what He has to say about you!
